Single cask single malt from the excellent Edradour Distillery, which was left to slumber for ten years, from November 2011 to December 2021. Following that hefty snooze, the whisky was independently bottled by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection, meaning not a single drop of this expression was chill-filtered. Not. A. Drop.
Molasses, brown butter, raisin, cookie dough, and pineapple.
Still rich in caramel and fruit, though now there's a host of baking spices developing.
Cassia, cinnamon, and clove last.
