10 year old single malt from the Edradour Distillery up in the Highlands region of Scotland, distilled back in 2010. After a decade of maturation, the whisky was bottled up by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection, which is all about presenting whisky without... Well, without chill-filtration. It's in the name.
Hazelnut and chocolate spread, chicory, intense Christmas cake richness.
More festive flavours, with cinnamon and roast chestnuts making an appearance. Lots of toffee and sultana notes, too.
Lasting dried fruit and slightly burnt sugar notes.
