Indie Edradour, bottled for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection by the marvellous Signatory. This was distilled in October 2006 and bottled in June 2017 without even one thought to chill-filtering the tasty Highland single malt.
Angel cake, buttered popcorn, ginger snaps and caramelised fruit.
Creamy with more caramel and a touch of hot chocolate. Slightly spicy hints of peppercorn.
Dried fruit and waxy orange peels.
Beautiful Edradour, we had it on our latest blindtasting and it scored 89 points, wich in our whiskysociety is high. since 1994 our top point is 95 points for the Glendronach 31 yo. So this one is a delight
