
Here we have the delicious result of a collaboration between East London Liquor Co. and California-based Sonoma Distilling Co.'s Adam Spiegel! The blend marries ELLC's London rye whisky which has been matured in a variety of casks, including ex-peated whisky casks and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, with Sonoma's delectable bourbon. Expect all the buttery sweetness of the bourbon matched expertly with hallmark rye spiciness.
Candied ginger, almond croissant and honey, marzipan, toasted sourdough with cherry jam, and a waft of tobacco.
Black pepper, dried apricot, mocha and toasted oats, with Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, orange peel and a drizzle of caramel.
Cinnamon pastries, sultana and dates with more of that cherry jam.
