This rye whiskey hails from the East London Liquor Co., and was independently bottled by The Heart Cut. Distilled in 2019, the whisky matured in a single cask that previously held Hackney Brewery Chocolate Stout, yielding 344 bottles when it was opened in 2023.
Chocolate brownie, filled with roasted walnuts, toasty spice, and a touch of pepper.
Dark cherry chocolate, cooked stone fruits, a touch of honey, and candied orange.
Toasted almonds, cacao, and pepper.
