9 year old single malt from the Dufftown distillery, independently bottled by Càrn Mòr for the Strictly Limited range. After maturing from 2009 to 2018 in a single bourbon barrel, 317 bottles were produced. You don't see a lot of Dufftown indie bottlings - which is certainly a shame.
Grassy at first, but soon becomes sweet with toffee and buttered hot cross buns.
Waxy orange, dark chocolate, gingerbread and fresh kumquat.
A lingering fruity sharpness.
