There are just 27 bottles of this single malt from Dufftown, matured for 16 years and heroically saved by the gang at indie bottler Forgotten Gems. Creamy layers of vanilla and soft stone fruits join chewy toffee and biscuity malt in this vibrant dram.
Crisp notes of lemon zest, peaches, and apricots are backed by oaken vanilla, vegetal malt, and floral honey.
Creamy waves of fromage frais, sweet orange zest, and citrus blossom nestle upon a bed of cakey spice, sticky toffee, and malty biscuits.
Jammy, syrupy stone fruits, a touch of ginger, and a crackle of pepper.
