
A fab Canadian whisky from Distillerie du St Laurent, made from a trio of grains: 75% Quebec corn, 15% rye, and 10% malted barley. It's matured in a combination of char #1 and char #5 casks before bottling at 43% ABV, with bucketloads of sweet, woody complexity.
