This was first created over a century ago by the Dewars master blender. White Label contains around 40 different whiskies in the blend, with Aberfeldy at its heart.
Honey, peach, apple and wood. Cut hay.
Medium, vanilla fudge, smoke, toffee, heather honey, oak.
Good length, cut herbs, honeyed sweetness.
Chaps are definitely on spot in this review. It's not a high end blend but it's a more classier choice one that I would choose in a limited bar setting. I would highly recommend over all on a limited blend selection.

Nice Smokey taste... not for all
Pay no attention to the banal vanity of snobby scotch reviewers who seem to think it's appropriate to evaluate every scotch against the absolute ceiling of the highest quality scotch. If I were an automobile reviewer, I wouldn't give a cheap Ford Fiesta or any other economy car because it doesn't come close to a luxury super-car. I rate products based on proper category. Dewar's White Label is the economy car of scotch, and that is _not_ a bad thing. It's ahead of its class, and while I personally keep several mid to high tier scotches on hand, I always keep a bottle of Dewar's White Label within reach. The reason is simple; it's delicious. A scotch that is unassuming, sweet and simple. There is no guilt attached for throwing in a few rocks to make it even more refreshing. Chilled and slightly watered down, the honey and vanilla become more pronounced making it a delightful addition to a hot summer day.
Based off price and in comparison to similar blended bottles around the $20 range for a 1.75ML, it's rather good considering it can't have been aged more than 3-4 years. I see one disappointed reviewer states "Do you Even Drink Scotch?" and pronounces judgement on reviewers providing more than two stars. That review gets zero stars, but this Scotch gets 4 stars. I only say 4 as it is somewhat bland, but there is a bit of character - much more than I'd expect for $20 or less. I can't spend tons of money on liquor due to being a poor and repressed millennial trying to salvage the tattered remnants of the "American Dream" from the previous generations, so this one will be in rotation.
