Sherry
A single malt Scotch whisky from the Deanston Distillery, independently bottled up by those wonderful Signatory folks! It was distilled in 2008 and allowed to mature in a single first-fill sherry butt for 13 years, then bottled up in 2022. A Cask Strength Collection release with 583 bottling produced. Also, it's bottled up at 66.6% ABV. Spooky!
Orange chocolate, melted butter, a hint of heather honey.
Oily malt with layers of raisin and chocolate, plus a kick of ginger.
Hazelnut chocolate, stewed berries, and vanilla.

Fantastic dram. Opened and shared it it my local with 10 good friends. They were all blown away by it! Can not go wrong with this whisky.
