Wine Cask
On 7th September 2009, the team at Deanston set about distilling this single malt. 12 years later, in December 2021, after a finish in a single Sauternes wine cask, the cask was opened up by indie bottler Alistair Walker, releasing a total of 277 bottles for its Infrequent Flyers collection.
Chocolate orange, spiced biscuits, and charred oak followed by oily lemon peels and soft sultanas.
Milky coffee with dustings of vanilla, rich malt brings a nutty, mouth-coating texture
Drying spice, walnuts, clove, manuka honey.
