Na Bràithrean is a firm of independent bottlers. The name means “the brothers” in Scottish Gaelic. Dalmunach is one of Speyside's newer and more obscure distilleries. It was built by Pernord Ricard to produce whisky for its Chivas Regal blend and began distilling in 2016. Single malt releases are rare. This spent six years in a bourbon hogshead before bottling at 52% ABV, and bottled with no chill-filtering or colouring.
Light citrus fruit on the nose with honey and oats.
Very cereal led on the palate with orange blossom and apple fruit.
Vanilla and subtle spice.
