This Dalmunach single malt was distilled in 2016 – just two years after the Speyside distillery opened - bottled by Na Bràithrean which means “the brothers” in Scottish Gaelic. It spent six years ageing in a bourbon barrel before being finished in an oloroso quarter cask. It was bottled at 50% ABV, all-natural colour and non-chill filtered.
Big sweet nose with dates, raisins, spice, and molasses.
Raisins, orange peel, dried apricots, with big spices and maraschino cherries.
Lingering vanilla and spice.
