Dalmore 30 Year Old 1973 Gonzalez Byass Sherry Cask Finish 70cl Whisky

A rare bottling from Dalmore released in the early 2000s, featuring 30 year old single malt whisky distilled in 1973 which has enjoyed a finishing period in sherry casks from legendary sherry producer Gonzalez Byass. Dalmore and Gonzalez Byass have continued to work together, producing some excellent expressions.
