Signatory has got its mitts on some excellent whisky from the Dalmore Distillery! This is a 28 year old Dalmore single malt, distilled in March 1992 and set aside to age in a single bourbon barrel. After a lengthy slumber, that cask was cracked open in June 2020, and bottled up for the Cask Strength Collection. 236 bottles were produced.
Roasted nuts and mature oak, with waves of fresh vanilla in the mix.
Toffee ice-cream, melted butter and a hint of Turkish delight. Greengages and earthy pear.
Buttered brioche, waxy peels, Milkybar sweetness balances by allspice and polished furniture richness.
