Dalmore 10 Year Old 2001 - Provenance (Douglas Laing)
A 10 year old Dalmore, with a beautifully rich berry fruit character. This was distilled in the Spring of 2001, and aged in a refill hogshead before bottling for the Provenance range in 2011.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Pan-fried strawberries and cocoa on the nose, hints of mandarin peel, barley and toasty spices.
Palate
Pralines and strawberries in cream on the palate, digestive biscuits and exotic spices.
Finish
Long and spiced with cocoa, latte and aniseed notes on the tail.
