A 10 year old Dalmore, with a beautifully rich berry fruit character. This was distilled in the Spring of 2001, and aged in a refill hogshead before bottling for the Provenance range in 2011.
Nose: Pan-fried strawberries and cocoa on the nose, hints of mandarin peel, barley and toasty spices.
Palate: Pralines and strawberries in cream on the palate, digestive biscuits and exotic spices.
Finish: Long and spiced with cocoa, latte and aniseed notes on the tail.
