A 2007 vintage Dailuaine single malt here, aged in a sherry butt and bottled up by Wemyss Malts who called this one Zephyr & Bloom. That's because the bottler thinks this one is "brimming with orchard fruits - green apples and buttery baked pears", adding that it's "airy and light".
