Distilled at Dailuaine in August 2008, this delightful eight year old single malt spent its time maturing in a single oak cask. In July 2021, the cask was opened and the whisky bottled up by the J&J Spirits Ltd for its independent Single Cask Nation series.
Flaky croissants, zesty lemon, and floral vanilla with a touch of sawdust.
Sweet honey, stem ginger, gently herbal wafts of vegetal malt with raisins, and a hint of marzipan.
More green garden herbs appear, alongside creamy vanilla and lasting baking spice.
