Distilled at Dailuaine in 2011, this single malt was matured until 2022, including a finishing period in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt. Independently bottled by Wilson & Morgan, this is a deliciously fruity Speysider.
Zesty marmalade and fresh orchard fruits aplenty, with biscuity malt and toasted oak.
More sweet citrus, with a touch of bitter pith in tow, honeyed nuts, and sultanas follow with a balance of creamy malt and drying oak.
A touch of tobacco towards the finish, with silky caramel and chocolate raisins balancing prickles of root ginger.
