The team at indie bottler Signatory dug out an impressive trio of casks for this expression, each containing single malt from Dailuaine! Distilled in 2009, the whisky was matured for a dozen years, before being bottled up in 2022 for Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Nutty malt and buttery flapjack, with stewed, spiced orchard fruit.
Toasted tea cakes with juicy sultanas, bold, peppery barley, softer notes of vanilla, and hints of floral honey.
Slightly herbaceous towards the end, with fruit cake spice, toasted nuts, and dried fruits lingering.
