Delicious Dailuaine, drawn from a duo of... Casks. Look, there isn't really a commonly known word for cask that begins with 'D', so you're just going to have to put up with that, OK? Anyway, this was distilled in 2009 and matured in a pair of hogsheads for 12 years, before Signatory bottled it up for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Herbal crackers with a hint of salted butter, roast walnuts, some fruity sweetness along the way.
Dry touches of smoke and malt, with orange peel and a little brown sugar for balance.
Peppery on the finish, with a hint of creamy oak.
