Another fab Fable Whisky bottling here – it's 12 year old Dailuaine single malt Scotch whisky! It was distilled in May 2008 and aged in just one hogshead cask for a dozen years, until it was eventually bottled in February 2021 with an outturn of 267 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Roast chestnuts, crème caramel, a touch of forest floor, and cumin spiciness.
Palate
Banana fritters, barley sugar sweets, dry spice, and salted popcorn.
Finish
The popcorn notes remain, with a smidge of cigar box.
