This was distilled at the Dailuaine distillery on the 12th August 1997. It was then aged for 14 years in a brace of hogsheads before finally being bottled on the 12 August 2011. A release of 739 numbered bottles from Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Nose: Fruity and intense. Candlewax, honey, marmalade, cinnamon bagels with hot butter. Marzipan and pear.
Palate: Madeira cake, linseed oil, toasted almonds, brazil nuts and salted butter.
Finish: Herbal and aromatic finish.
