This was distilled at the Dailuaine distillery on the 12th August 1997. It was then aged for 14 years in a brace of hogsheads before finally being bottled on the 12 August 2011. A release of 739 numbered bottles from Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Fruity and intense. Candlewax, honey, marmalade, cinnamon bagels with hot butter. Marzipan and pear.
Madeira cake, linseed oil, toasted almonds, brazil nuts and salted butter.
Herbal and aromatic finish.
