Sherry

The inaugural release of Douglas Laing's Old Particular Elements Collection, the 'Fire' bottling! This expression is a 12 year old Craigellachie which, very aptly, was aged in a well-fired Sherry butt, bottled at natural cask strength without colouring or chill-filtration. The label also features an ornate illustration of a smoky bonfire, just in case you forgot. A release of 285 bottles.
Bursts with rich chocolate, mocha and honeycomb with a touch of vanilla.
Really warming, treacle toffee, allspice, charred wood and golden barley.
Deliciously long with a leathery quality, cocoa, orange zest and cinnamon.
