A cracking Craigellachie single malt, drawn from a pair of bourbon barrels that matured the whisky for 9 years - from June 2008 to February 2018. Yet another marvelous indie bottling from the fine folks at Signatory.
Buttery at first, though soon enough a hint of dried oak stave begins to develop.
Oily barley and white grapes, with a hint of meadowsweet in the background.
Continues herbal elements.
