Single cask Craigellachie, aged in a Sherry butt for 20 years! This was distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2016 by Hunter Laing for their First Editions range, with 305 bottles produced (and decked out with a label inspired by old books).
Baked apple, chocolate sauce, white pepper and coriander.
Sugared peels, walnuts, meaty malt and cinnamon.
A slight mineral-y edge lasting.
