A 12 year old single malt from the Craigellachie distillery in the Speyside region. It was distilled in April 2002, set aside to age in a Sherry butt and bottled in August 2015 at 50% ABV. 120 bottles were produced for the Old Malt Cask range by Hunter Laing.
Pear, citrus, stone fruit and a creamy hint of milk.
More pears, Sherry-soaked fruit, chopped herbs and a damson jam.
Lingering Curaçao orange zest.
