This single malt from Craigellachie joins Douglas Laing's Provenance collection, having matured for a decade in a refill hogshead between 2012 and 2023. A release of 345 bottles.
Crisp apples and pears, a touch of berry jam, runny honey, and biscuity malt.
Those jammy fruits carry through, with stewed plums and currants, backed by sweet, wintery spice.
Ginger cake, candied nuts, sticky toffee, cracked pepper, and toasted oak.
