Bourbon
A tasty vintage Craigellachie, distilled in 2008. The single malt was allowed to rest in ex-bourbon barrels for a decade, before it was independently bottled by Signatory in 2018.
Spicy vegetal aromas of coriander and oak, with creamy vanilla and hints of fresh fruit.
Soft and creamy malty notes alongside mellow honey, almonds and red apples against a backdrop of toffee.
Medium-length, a slightly fruity finish with a touch of sweet spice.
