Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Rich notes of dried herbs and fresh fruit. Allspice, hints of barley.
Palate
Gristy, sweet palate with toffee apples and summer berry compote. A little pepper.
Finish
Long, spicy finish. Mixed peels and a hint of aniseed.
Overall
A delicious balanced Speyside malt.
