With brooding dark fruit, thick treacle and sweet spice notes, the name 'Dark treacle Fondant' very much suits this 2002 vintage Craigellachie, which has been independently bottled by Wemyss Malts. 804 bottles were produced in 2014.
One of the best sherried malts I've ever had.
