A sherried Cragganmore, matured for 30 years before being independently bottled by Hunter Laing! This one began its life back in 1989, and was aged for three decades until 2019, when it was bottled with an outturn of 328 bottles for the Old & Rare Platinum range.
This deep amber whisky filled from a Sherry butt has a rich, spicy nose of toffee, forest fruits, dark chocolate and coffee. Sherry oak and dark berries – blackcurrants, blueberries – on the palate with a drizzle of honey and a dusting of cinnamon. Long and powerful on the finish with plenty of oak spices.
