Single Malt
A stunning bottle of Clynelish, distilled all the way back in 1995. It spent its days (or years) in a single sherry butt until February 2019, when Signatory decided to bottle the Highlander. It was released as part of the Cask Strength Collection, and the single malt weighs in at a hefty 53.7% ABV. Only 501 handsome bottles were produced.
Burnt sugar and Toffee Crisp bars, with some waxy orange as it develops.
Sherry comes to the fore, with layers of spicy oak and green olive.
Ginger, chocolate and a leafy hint of coriander.
