An absolutely stunningly packaged single cask Clynelish from Signatory's range of beautiful Ibisco decanters. This was distilled on the 21st December 1995 before a maturation of 16 years in cask 12793. There are 802 numbered decanters available.
Sweet cereal grains, Refreshers sweets and vanilla. Notes of butterscotch, cappuccino and dried grass. Salty.
Coastal and woody palate. Apple peel, hints of pear juice and all spice. Cooked rhubarb and potpourri. Violets.
Caramel and dried fruit on the finish, particularly raisins.
