Another wonderful Signatory bottling here, this single malt was distilled at Clynelish in June 2008. The Highlander spent over a decade in a single bourbon barrel, until it was bottled in February 2020 at 11 years old for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. Creamy, honeyed stuff, this.
Chocolate rice pudding, ginger cake and honeyed malt.
Waxy, floral honey, with cinnamon porridge, vanilla buttercream and freshly baked sourdough.
Fruit and nut milk chocolate alongside spiced cookies.
