The first release from The Clydeside Distillery is here! Stobcross is a Lowland single malt Scotch whisky produced using clear water from Loch Katrine and 100% Scottish barley. It was aged in American oak bourbon casks and bottled at 46% ABV. While there isn't an age statement here, we know that the distillery has been producing spirit since November 2017, which will give you an idea of what the oldest stock is.
