
Beautifully sherried cask strength Caol Ila here. The single malt Scotch was distilled in 2007 and the whisky matured for 16 years, with 27 months spent finishing in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt. In 2023 it was independently bottled by Signatory Vintage, with an outturn of 697 bottles.
