Caol Ila 15 Year Old 2011 - North Star Spirits 70cl Whisky

This single malt was distilled at Caol Ila in 2011 and spent the next 15 years slumbering in a single refill hogshead. The cask was opened by North Star Spirits in 2026, releasing a total of 300 bottles as part of the indie bottler's 10th anniversary celebrations.
