A Caol Ila single malt aged in a sherry butt and bottled for Hunter Laing's Old Malt Cask range for its 25th anniversary series. It was matured for 12 years and drawn from a manzanilla sherry butt, yielding a total of 750 bottles.
Peat, sea brine, and shortbread.
Smoke, peat, and gentle lemon.
Long, with lingering peat.
