10-year-old single malt from Caol Ila, distilled in 2012 and matured in a selection of four hogshead casks. In 2023, the casks were opened by Signatory, bottling the whisky up for the independent Un-Chilfiltered Collection, without added colour or chill filtration.
Waves of sea spray and oily smoke, backed by candied lemons, oatcakes, and vanilla.
Creamy vanilla and rich coastal peat smoke tangle, while juicy barley and hints of charred herbs gather beneath.
Salted lemons, tarry smoke, cooked apples, root ginger, and peppercorns.
