A blend of two single casks from very different distilleries - Caol Ila and Tamdhu. The result is a fabulous mix of both house styles, bottled by Douglas Laing.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Oily, smoky nose with notes of chocolate malt and acacia honey. Apple blossom and a hint of sticking plasters.
Palate
Malty and full-bodied. A sweet, malty core of barley and manuka honey, seasoned with chipotle chillies and linseed oil.
Finish
A spiced, fruity, smoky finish.
