This 12-year-old release from Signatory’s 100 Proof Grain Collection is a beautifully balanced single grain whisky from Cameronbridge. Aged exclusively in first-fill bourbon barrels, it brings vibrant layers of vanilla, toffee, and gentle oak, enhancing the distillery's naturally mellow and sweet spirit. Bottled at 100 Proof (57.1% ABV) without chill-filtration, it offers a creamy texture and robust yet approachable flavour profile.
