This single grain Scotch from the now-silent Cambus distillery joins Signatory's independent Cask Strength Collection. Distilled in 1991, the whisky matured for 31 years in a single oloroso sherry butt, yielding a total of 330 bottles when it was opened in 2023.
Warm caramel, sweet cereal, buttery flapjack, and cooked apple.
Sponge cake and honey are joined by spiced biscuits and butterscotch while vanilla and hazelnut cream and zesty lemon nestle beneath.
Granola packed with milk chocolate and raisins, a touch of pepper, milky coffee, and buttery oak.
