This grand old single grain Scotch whisky was distilled at Cambus and independently bottled up by Signatory for its Cask Strength Collection. Matured in a single refill sherry butt between May 1991 and January 2022, when a total of 346 bottles were released at a cask strength of 54.6% ABV.
Sweet flapjack, drizzles of runny honey, festive spice, stewed apple.
More fruit cake notes, floral sweetness, and chocolate honeycomb, with layers of roasted coffee and rounded oats.
Crunchy granola with yet more honey sweetness and candied fruits balancing rich, oily oak.
