Matured for a whopping 30 years in a refill butt, an impressive single grain from the long-closed Cambus distillery. Distilled in 1991, this Lowlander was independently bottled by Signatory in 2022 with a total of 258 bottles joining its Cask Strength Collection.
Jam tarts with a sprinkle of vanilla, buttery flapjack with whispers of root ginger spice.
Milk chocolate, studded with dried berries. Sponge cake with buttercream follows, with oily barley, silky butterscotch, and prickles of pepper nestling in the depths.
Sweetcorn with plenty of melted butter, gently herbaceous oak, vanilla, and soft spice.
