An indie bottling of single grain from the Cambus distillery, drawn from a single refill butt cask which was home to the whisky for quarter of a century. It was distilled in July 1991 and bottled 25 years later in April 2017 with an outturn of 431 bottles as part of Signatory's Cask Strength Collection.
Sugared peels, Fruit Salad sweets, pineapple and freshly baked salted caramel brownies.
Honeycomb, milk chocolate, raspberries and vanilla custard.
Thyme, fennel, cinnamon and a touch of Port.
