Bunnahabhain's Stiùireadair single malt pays homage to the distillery's shoreline on the north-east coast of Islay. They used whisky matured in first and second fill Sherry casks, with a leaning towards deliciously coastal malt.
Brine, toasted sugar and caramel-drizzled raisins.
Honey-roasted nuts, cinnamon and clove, with a touch of salt sea too.
Sherried peels and chilli-chocolate.

I agree with the tasting notes but on the palate I am also getting pears, not a huge hit but its definitely there. A fine dram.
Light and floral nose, harsh and young taste. Would be a top whisky with a few more years in the cask!
Very enjoyable smooth whisky...exceptional for the price...a drink to relax with on an evening with the fire going...give it a go you will not be disappointed!
Very good whiskey. Not as smokey as I’d maybe expect/like, but lovely fruity taste with subtle spice and salt. Very very smooth, going to be far too easy to go through this bottle.
For the price it's a pretty cool offering. The 12 is about 10 dollars more and in my opinion its 20 dollars better hahaha
