Bunnahabhain Abhainn Araig - Fèis Ìle 2022
Released for Fèis Ìle 2022, this expression from Bunnahabhain has been dubbed Abhainn Araig, meaning "Araig River" in Scots Gaelic. The single malt itself was drawn from a combination of ex-bourbon casks Pedro Ximénez sherry octave casks, making for a complex and intriguing flavour profile. Another exciting bottling from the amazing Islay distillery!

Nose
Dates, walnuts, milk chocolate, and cigar box.
Palate
Dried fruit still sitting up front, supported by a touch of zesty citrus and subtly savoury oak.
Finish
Cinnamon spiciness, and mocha.
