This single malt from Bunnahabhain matured for 33 years before it was bottled up by Hunter Laing. A total of 292 cask-strength bottles join The Kinship collection, an ongoing series that celebrates the development of the indie bottler's own Ardnahoe distillery.
Subtle, soft, fruity, and elegant on the nose. Lemon and lime juice, sea breeze, wet rocks, and a touch of menthol. Silky on the palate, the fruits again come to the fore with pineapple, cherry, and more lemon/lime leading into a coastal and mineral finale. A fine tribute to this gentle giant of Islay!
